  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • Sellers have the right to accept or reject cancellation requests

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cases such as defective or incorrect products
  • Refund requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Products damaged due to misuse
4. Payment Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) used during purchase.

OpenDukan acts as a platform provider. Sellers are responsible for managing cancellations, returns, and refunds of their products.
